All Afford Wardrobe orders are checked for defects before shipment. In an unfortunate case which you received an defects item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with product code, name, address and  send us photos with pointing out in the picture as the proof of faulty product(s).

Kindly note that the apparels are to be hand wash by itself if is comes with beads, pearls, sequins, tangling accessories as it may damage other apparels during the wash.

Please note that the items are free-size in general unless stated in a specific size. Kindly use the measuring tape to measure before confirming you can fit on it. (Please note that there is 2-4cm different)

Sizing issue such as cannot fit in, too big / tight / short / long does not extend to any form of return or exchange. Strictly no exchange for reasons relating to size is not what you should expect or should be able to fit in when it is smaller or bigger than it is perceived.
Quality and material issue are subjective and we do not promise 100% similar of depicted items as the actual item. Our isslustrated items are 98% similar to the actual item.

What is an unsatisfactory item?
• Item in the wrong color or size as order.
• Item with manufacturing defect.
• Wrong item that was not in order.

Please note:-
• The item is your responsibility until it is returned us. It must be returned to us in it original condition.
• The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
• The item must be returned to us within 5 days of receipt.
• An item in a color or size cannot fit (too big, tight, short, long e.t.c.) that is not up to your expectation is not consider a "wrong item". Quality and material issue are not consider defects and is subjective.
• A manufacturing defect does not include stray thread or removable dirt.
• If the defect is found to be inflicted after we have delivered the items, we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange. (e.g after washing or wearing the item and/or has obtained stains from elsewhere or damaged after washing.)

Customer returning parcel to us must provide proof of postage like tracking number and out address indicated. It would be better to send by registered mail with tracking number.

Postage incurred for sending the items with issues back to us will be borne by buyer and the items we send back to buyers after following up on the respective issue will be borne by us. Simply, buyer pay for the postage and send back the item to us and we pay for the postage and send the item to oversea factories after rectifiying the issues.

If the new piece of item is not available for exchange you will be refunded a credit of the item to your next order with us.

All replacement, exchange mail once we received, will be sent to customer by normal mail only.

If any item in your order is under restocking we will inform you and if you agree to wait, we will normal mail to you once arrive singapore.
