Your order will be submitted to our overseas warehouse upon receipt of payment items will be process for reservation and will be ready for dispatched in between 6-8 Business days after PRE-ORDER CLOSED.
• Business days refer to overseas DHL / FedEx Shipping company working days and do not include public holidays, saturdays and sundays.
• Sometime due to some unforeseen circumstances (example parcel heild in custom for inspection, air freight delay due to weather, e.t.c) orders may delay 1~3 working days.
LOCAL (SINGAPORE)
Currently there are 4 options of receiving your items: Normal Mail, Registered Mail / Courier Delivery / Self Collection.Option 1: Normal Mail (NO Tracking Number) Not Recommended (at buyer's own risk) Before we mail out, we will take photo of the parcel.
Normal Mail is the basic shipping method as there are no tracking no and insurance.
As your items will be dropped straight into the mailbox, you don't have to worry about whether there's anybody there to receive the items from the postman. We strongly not recommended for this option. Because parcels may be lost when postman made careless mistake by insert your parcel into wrong units of mailbox or when nobody at delivery address to receive your items and postman did not leave a notice card on your doorstep for you to collect at your prefer SingPost's Office.
Bulk purchase more than 5 items, (please note that your items will be squeezed and may be damaged by the postman. That happens when we sent items that are defect free and customer received has certain parts of the apparels damaged. It is at your own risk for choosing normal mail if it is damaged or lost by Singpost.
Delivery is not executed by us, all delivery is executed by Singpost. Please do not hold us responsible when we entrusted the delivery to them. Any report of losses should be made to SingPost (Kindly go to nearer your house Singpost) Please be a smart buyer and choose the shipment method that suit you and not based on the amount you paid. Normal Mail is the only maling method that will not be covered by us and compensated if it is lost.
Normal Postage Fees:
• FOC for all Retail Price
• 1 item = SGD1
• 2 items = SGD1.50
• 3-5 items = SGD3
• Delivered to: Mailbox (Letter box) (if parcel can fit into mailbox / Doorstep (receiver is required to receive the parcel)
• Insurance: No (Afford Wardrobe and Singpost's will not responsible for any parcel damaged or lost in transit)
• Tracking Number: No
• Period of Delivery: 2-5 working days after your items is sent out (Except for Season period)

** Singpost and Afford Wardrobe will not follow-up or any complaints for items not received by Normal Mail.
** There is no way Singpost and Afford Wardrobe can trace your parcel if your parcel delay or lost in transit.
Option 2: Registered Mail (With Tracking Number) Recommended
Registered Mail is the shipping method for peace of mind. Items shipped by this method will be delivered to your door step. Offers Insurance and tracking options. :)
You will receive the tracking number once your order have been sent out so you can trace the status of your parcel easily.
As this shipment method is singature required, need someone to be at the delivery address to receive the items from the postman. Do ensure someone will be there during the delivery hours (9am-6pm Monday to Friday ) except public holiday, saturday and sunday. You will be informed by email / sms / whatsapp when your order is being sent out, so that you can make the necessary arrangement.
Do not worry if nobody is there to receive the parcel, the postman will leave a notice card at your door step for you to call for re-arrange of the delivery or collect at your prefer Singpost's Office.
Registered Fees:
• 1-2 pc = SGD4
• 3-4 pc = SGD5.50
• 5-6 pc = SGD7
• Delivered to: Doorstep (receiver is reuqired to receive the parcel)
• Insurance: Yes (Singpost will cover up to SGD68)
• Tracking Number: Yes
• Period of Delivery: 2-3 working days after your items is sent out (Except for Season period)

Courier Delivery which allows delivery after office hours or at your convenience day and time. Parcel will be delivered to your doorstep and best is from 8am - 9pm (including publick holiday, saturday and sunday). Before courier pick up parcel from us, we will email / sms / whatsapp you to check which day and the best time slot that convenience to you.
You can choose the timing below:-
• 8am - 12noon
• 12noon to 5pm
• 5pm - 8pm
Courier Fees:
• 1-5 items = SGD8 per parcel
• 6-15 items = SGD10 per parcel
• 16-25 items = SGD12 per parcel
• 26-35 items = SGD15 per parcel
• 36-45 items = SGD20 per parcel
• 46 items above = SGD25 per parcel
• Delivered to: Doorstep (receiver is reuqired to receive the parcel)
• Delivery Hours: Everyday 8am - 8pm
• Insurance: Yes (Full Values)
• Tracking: No (We will call up our courier if parcel did not deliver to you)
• Period of Delivery: The date you request.
** We will follow-up for you, should you need to re-deliver or not receive the parcel on time that you requested
** Sometime due to traffic jam / weather during peak hours, courier man may not deliver your parcel on time that you requested.
Option 4: Self Collection Buyers that want to save mailing / courier fees.
Please arrange 1 day in advance for collection.
We only meet up at Yishun Avenue 4 Block 864 (Mon-Fri 8pm-9pm) except public holiday, saturday and sunday. You will be informed by email / SMS / Whatsapp when your order is ready for collection.
